Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Cellgevity UK offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all retail customers for any product(s) purchased from Cellgevity UK. Retail customers may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Due to the nature of health supplements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cellgevity UK is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Subscription Program Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
The Cellgevity UK Subscription Program (“Subscription Program”) is an automatic product delivery service that allows customers to receive selected Cellgevity UK products on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you authorise Cellgevity UK to automatically charge your payment method on file and deliver your selected products according to your chosen schedule.
Eligibility
To participate in the Subscription Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
Billing & Shipping
Subscriptions are billed and shipped based on your selected schedule. Billing occurs on your chosen date and charges the payment method on file.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing and shipping information is accurate and up to date.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Subscription settings—including pausing, product changes, billing updates, or cancellation—by logging into your account at Cellgevity.uk or by contacting us.

Failed Payments
If your payment method is declined, you will be notified via email. If a valid payment method is not provided within seven (7) days, your Subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
Product Availability
If a product included in your Subscription is unavailable, we may notify you and offer an alternative or delay fulfilment. Cellgevity UK reserves the right to update product availability at any time.
Pricing and Promotions
Subscriptions may include exclusive pricing or discounts. All prices are subject to change. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns and refunds for Subscription orders are subject to the Cellgevity UK Refunds & Returns Policy outlined above. Products must be returned in accordance with these terms to be eligible for a refund.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and Cellgevity UK agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellgevity UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant products within the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operations.
Where significant changes are made, we will notify you in advance.
Continued use of our services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
