Cellgevity UK is committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the UK and internationally.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery option.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries, including Ghana and other regions.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- International (including Ghana): 5–10 working days
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

📦 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- Cellgevity UK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
📬 Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Include your order number and any relevant details
We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
🔁 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection
- If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item
